Just a reminder, we have a dress code for students. We have been seeing a lot of short skirts and short shorts. We have a few days left before End of Grade Testing begins. This week, we are having an EOG Pep Rally on Wednesday, and we have our PBIS Water Day on Thursday for those that qualify. A letter came home last Friday regarding the event. Friday, our 5th graders will take their Science EOG, and our 2nd graders have a Field Trip. Lastly, next Monday, May 26 is our Memorial Day Holiday for Students and Staff. The following week, we have our EOGs for Grades 3 - 5 on May 28 - 30.

Just a reminder that Field Day is this Friday, May 2nd. Grades 3-5 is from 9 - 12 and Grades K-2 is from 1 - 2:30. There will be a food truck on site for purchasing hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. This is a cash or card purchase from anywhere from $3.00 to $12.00. Once they sell out, there will not be any left. In addition, we will have Webby’s on site for any additional snow cones that you might want to purchase that day. Webby’s is cash only, and I believe that it is $3.00 per snow cone. Please make sure that you follow the schedule for Field Day where your students should be located. We look forward to this great event. In the event of inclement weather, our rain date is Friday, May 9th.

TRAIL MIX DONATIONS NEEDED!!
We will be doing a staff favorite next week for Teacher Appreciation Week and need your help!!
The staff LOVES the “build your own” trail mix bar and we will be doing that next week. We are looking for donations of items that go in trail mix: Peanuts, cashews, almonds, chocolate chips, m&ms, raisins, craisins, pretzels, etc.
If you would like to donate something:
Parents - please bring to Field Day tomorrow or send in with your child Monday morning!
Anyone else: Feel free to drop off items at Englewood Elementary School or fact out to me and I can coordinate picking up items!!
